OzBargain

OzBargain is an Australian deals website supported by community posts and discussion. Users can explore offers, read the conditions reported by contributors and compare other shoppers' comments. It is useful for discovering a possible bargain, then checking the retailer's own current price, stock and transaction information before purchasing.

OzBargain brings together deals and discussion contributed by its community. The original retailer or provider supplies the underlying offering, while the discussion can add context about conditions, alternatives or other members' experiences. Following the source offer and reading the surrounding discussion helps distinguish the published deal from comments about it.

It is useful for gathering information around a consumer or purchase question. Its focus includes Australian shopping deals, Community comments and Offer discovery, which help distinguish what the site contributes to the research process from the original product, retailer or service information behind an individual result.

The official OzBargain site includes sections for Forums and Travel.
