Energex

Energex operates the electricity distribution network in South East Queensland, including Brisbane. Its website provides power outage information, connection services and reporting routes for network problems and faulty streetlights. Household and industry sections also cover solar connections, property alerts and working safely around the electricity network.

Choose the outage, fault or connection service that matches the property enquiry. Network services and electricity retailer accounts involve different organisations. The relevant Energex page helps residents or their electrical contractor identify the information and application route needed for the network work being considered.
